 procured an order worth USD 3.5 Million from its UK clients for its

 2008
 -Accentia Technologies acquires 51% stake in Oak Technologies Inc,
 USA
 -Accentia Technologies's Global Depository Receipts got successfully
 listed on Singapore-SGX 
 -Accentia Technologies has received USD 4.5 M order for its Health
 Care Receivables Management Services from a leading US based hospital
 chain.
 -Accentia Technologies has bagged UD 22 Million Order

 -Accentia commences its operations from Europe
 -Accentia opens new units as part of Government of Kerala's new
 Technolodge initiative

 of Institutions with over 100 establishments in South India.

 America and Canada.
 -Accentia launches ARRA HITECH Meaningful Use Consulting services
 through its Practice Management Consulting vertical in the US.
 
 2012
 -Accentia launches 'instaKare ChiroPAD, the latest IPAD version of
 Electronic Medical Records software at the Florida Chiropractic
 Convention, Iacksonville, FL, USA.
 -Accentia launches instaKare MediPAD, the latest iPad version of EMR
 & PMS for Cardiology at the Florida MGMA 2012 Annual Conference,
 Orlando, USA.
 
 2014
 -The Company has considered and adopted the south Asia business plan
 for companys innovative Nirbhaya phones, (the Safest GSM/GPS based
 Communication devices developed specifically for the weaker and
 vulnerable members of the society in India) and Safecomm (Safe
 communication and tracking device for Children and elderly designed
 to operate with the European mobile operators) business plan for the
 Europe and Middle East.
 - Approved Companys newly restructured business plan for North
 America, Europe, Africa and Middle East with its instaKare product
 (the seamlessly integrated clinical documentation and revenue cycle
 management suite marketed as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform
 as a Service (PaaS) or white labeled discreet modules).
