A 30-year-old man’s both legs were crushed under a speeding car after a Toyota Glanza ran into a group of people, allegedly following a parking dispute outside a high-rise building in Noida’s Sector 94 late Monday night, News18 reported.
According to the report, two suspects, identified as Vipin Bhati of Faridabad and Monu Bhati of Badarpur, Delhi, have been arrested and their car was seized by the police. An attempt to murder case was filed at the Sector-126 police station. The incident took place at around 12.30 am on Tuesday and it was caught on camera.
The suspects are currently living in a rented apartment at Supernova in Sector 94, Noida.

According to the report, Vipin and Monu had parked their car outside the society’s gate to pick up something. At the same time, a man named Bhuvnesh Kumar, a resident of Supernova, approached in his SUV at high speed and abruptly applied the brakes near their car.
“When Vipin and Monu questioned Bhuvnesh, asking if he was attempting to collide with them, an argument erupted," Bhupendra Singh, the station house officer (SHO) of Sector 126 police station, was quoted by News18 as saying.
“During the heated argument, when a crowd gathered, Vipin, who was behind the wheel, drove his car into the group. Balvindra Singh, 30, also a resident of Supernova, sustained multiple injuries, including fractures in his legs," the SHO added.
Following the incident, the suspects fled the scene with their vehicle, and the injured were taken to a nearby hospital by local residents. The injured man is out of danger now, the report added.
Based on Singh’s complaint, a case was registered against the accused on Tuesday under Sections 109 (abetment of offence), 352 (assault or use of criminal force otherwise than on grave provocation), and 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Sector 126 police station.
