Tata Motors today launched the new Adventure X variant of its popular SUVs, the Harrier and the Safari. The new variant, available at an introductory price of Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Harrier Adventure X and Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Safari Adventure X+, adds a fresh dimension to the SUVs with enhanced interiors and segment-first features.
The Adventure X variant brings in adaptive cruise control, 360-degree HD surround view, trail hold EPB with auto hold, and trail response modes, among other upgrades. Additional segment-leading equipment includes Ergo Lux driver seat with memory and welcome function, a 10-25-inch ultra-view twin screen system, trail sense auto headlamps, aqua sense wipers, and multiple drive modes.
The Harrier and Safari Adventure X variants are powered by the 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine, which delivers 170PS of maximum power and 350Nm of peak torque. The transmission options with this engine include 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT.
Both SUVs are built on Tata's OMEGARC platform, which is derived from Land Rover's D8 architecture. The Harrier Adventure X features 17-inch alloys with Onyx Trail black leatherette interiors, while the Safari Adventure X gets 18-inch alloys and Tan Oak leatherette interiors.
As part of a portfolio-wide refresh, Tata Motors also introduced a streamlined persona structure, including the new Pure X variant, aimed at improving accessibility and value across the range.
The prices are valid until October 31, 2025. Deliveries for the new variants have commenced across Tata Motors dealerships nationwide.
