Hyundai Venue 2025: What is new? Check all details

The new Hyundai Venue 2025 will continue to rival models like the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV 3XO.

The Hyundai Venue 2025 will be launched in India on November 4.

Hyundai Motor India has revealed the second-generation Hyundai Venue, ahead of its market launch on November 4. The compact SUV now gets major updates in design, cabin features, safety technology and interior space, along with new variants and colour options. Bookings are currently open for an amount of Rs 25,000.

Bigger footprint, new design

The new Hyundai Venue 2025 grows in dimensions compared to the existing model, now taller by 48mm and wider by 30mm. It measures 3,995mm in length, 1,800mm in width, 1,665mm in height and gets a 2,520mm wheelbase. The company says the SUV's stronger stance comes from a revised exterior identity, including a dark chrome radiator grille, quad beam LED headlamps, twin horn LED DRLs, muscular wheel arches, bridge-type roof rails and an in-glass Venue emblem. Signature C-pillar garnish and sculpted character lines further add to the SUV's look and presence.

Premium cabin with panoramic displays

The new Venue 2025 adopts an H-architecture cabin layout with a dark navy and dove-grey dual-tone interior theme. Hyundai has added a terrazzo-textured crash pad, ambient lighting and a coffee-table-style centre console.

The standout element inside is a dual (12.3-inch + 12.3-inch) curved panoramic display integrating infotainment and instrumentation -- the first use of Hyundai's ccNC (Connected Car Navigation Cockpit) system in India. Powered by Nvidia, the ccNC system promises advanced graphics, customisation and seamless connectivity with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Comfort enhancements for passengers include a longer wheelbase (+20mm), increased rear legroom through scooped front seatbacks, dual-tone leather seats with Venue branding, 2-step reclining rear seats, rear window sunshades, rear AC vents and electric 4-way driver seat adjust.

The new Venue 2025 now offers a Bose 8-speaker audio system, wireless phone charging and a voice-enabled smart electric sunroof. The infotainment software supports over-the-air updates for up to 20 controllers, bringing feature improvements without service-centre visits. The SUV supports 70 connected features and over 400 embedded voice commands across five languages, including Hindi, English, Hinglish, Bengali and Tamil.

With this update, the Venue moves into ADAS Level 2 capabilities under Hyundai SmartSense. The system offers 16 assistance functions, including Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, various Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist modes, Lane Keeping Assist and Parking Collision Avoidance Assist-Rear.

Safety equipment has also been expanded with a stronger body structure using high-strength steel, as well as a total of more than 65 safety features, with 33 standard across variants. Key features include 6 airbags, ESC, HAC, 4-disc brakes, TPMS Highline, Surround View Monitor, electric parking brake with auto hold, electro-chromic mirror with telematics and 3-point seatbelts with reminders for all seats.

However, the new Venue 2025 continues with the same three engine options -- 1.2-litre Kappa MPi petrol (83PS/113.8Nm), 1.0-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol (120PS/172Nm) and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel (116PS/250Nm). Transmission choices include manual, automatic and dual-clutch (DCT) gearboxes, depending on the variant.

Variants have been reorganised with a new 'HX' nomenclature inspired by Hyundai Experience. The line-up spans HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8 and HX10 trims across petrol and diesel.

Hyundai has sold over 7,00,000 units of the Venue since its initial market entry in 2019. The new Hyundai Venue 2025 will carry forward the rivalry with models like the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
