Hyundai Motor India has unveiled the technology and safety features of the new-generation Venue ahead of its launch on November 4, 2025. The compact SUV introduces the carmaker's new Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system in India, backed by NVIDIA technology, alongside an upgraded safety suite with ADAS Level 2 and 33 standard safety features.
The new Venue features a dual curved panoramic display setup comprising a digital instrument cluster (12.3-inch) and an infotainment touchscreen (12.3-inch). Hyundai said the new ccNC system brings seamless connectivity, over-the-air (OTA) vehicle controller updates, and enhanced personalisation through 70 connected car functions and more than 400 embedded voice commands. The system supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and will include in-built access to JioSaavn.

The ccNC infotainment is paired with a full digital display cluster that shows turn-by-turn navigation, tyre pressure monitoring, drive modes and ADAS alerts. The new Venue also marks the debut of OTA updates for up to 20 vehicle controllers, eliminating the need for workshop visits for software upgrades.

Among its comfort and convenience features, the new Venue offers ventilated front seats, a voice-enabled smart electric sunroof, a 4-way powered driver's seat, rear AC vents, a cooled glovebox, and a wireless charger. Audio duties are handled by an eight-speaker Bose sound system with a next-generation amplifier. The SUV also supports five languages for voice recognition -- Hindi, English, Hinglish, Bengali and Tamil.

In terms of safety, Hyundai has equipped the new Venue with 65 safety features, including 33 that are standard across all variants. The body structure uses 71% high-grade steel, combining hot-stamped, ultra-high strength and advanced high strength steel for improved crash protection.

The Hyundai SmartSense ADAS Level 2 suite offers 16 driver assistance functions, such as smart cruise control with stop & go, forward collision-avoidance assist (car, pedestrian and cycle), lane keeping assist, driver attention warning and parking collision avoidance assist - rear.

Other safety elements include six airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, electric parking brake with auto hold, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS - highline), surround view monitor, electrochromic rear-view mirror with telematics switches, and 3-point seatbelts with reminders for all passengers. A rollover sensor further enhances occupant protection.
Hyundai has opened bookings for the new Venue at Rs 25,000 through its dealerships and online platform. The compact SUV will go up against models such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV300 in India's sub-4 metre SUV segment. We expect the new Venue price in India to start at around Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom).
