State Bank of India Mutual Fund has enhanced its exposure in pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and food & beverages space. However, it decreased its weightage in information technology, banking & financial services and services space.SJVN, Federal Bank and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries were the top buys, while GMR Infrastructure, United Bank of India and ICICI Bank were the top sells by the fund.The study of State Bank of India Mutual Fund for the quarter of April-June 2015 shows that in the pharmaceuticals sector, the fund has bought Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Sequent Scientific and Aurobindo Pharma. However the house sold Lupin, Merck and Sanofi India and exited Ranbaxy Laboratories.In the oil & gas segment, it purchased Reliance Industries, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation. It sold Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Gujarat State Petronet and Oil India from the same segment and exited Indraprastha Gas.(View - All Bulk Deals by Mutual Funds)The fund has bought Britannia Industries, United Breweries and United Spirits in the food & beverages pack. On the other hand, it sold Nestle India and CCL Products India.In the information technology pack, the fund sold Infosys, Tech Mahindra and Redington (India). However, the house bought Oracle Financial Services Software, Cyient and Accelya Kale Solutions and introduced Hexaware Technologies and Mindtree.
