The Supreme Court (SC) has cancelled 122 licenses issued after January 2008. TRAI will make fresh recommendations on grant of licenses. Also, all spectrum issues post Jan 2008 to be cancelled. The government will take decision on licenses 1 month post TRAI recommendation, reports CNBC-TV18.

Around 21 licenses of Videocon, 22 of Uninor, 9 licenses of idea, 3 of Tata Tele, 13 of Swan Tele and 21 of Loop has been cancelled.

Mr P Chidambaram matter has referred to trial court. Menwhile, SC dismisses petition to probe Chidambram's role.

Reliance Communications touched an intraday high of Rs 102 and an intraday low of Rs 94.40. At 10:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 95.00, down Rs 5.40, or 5.38%. It was trading with volumes of 1,357,495 shares.

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) touched an intraday high of Rs 16.45 and an intraday low of Rs 15.70. At 10:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 15.70, down Rs 0.55, or 3.38%. It was trading with volumes of 150,204 shares.

Unitech touched an intraday high of Rs 27.55 and an intraday low of Rs 24.75. At 10:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 25.20, down Rs 1.80, or 6.67%. It was trading with volumes of 1,655,635 shares.

DB Realty touched an intraday high of Rs 63.90 and an intraday low of Rs 59.50. At 10:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 59.50, down Rs 3.10, or 4.95%. It was trading with volumes of 99,750 shares.

Idea Cellular was quoting at Rs 91, down Rs 2.35, or 2.52%. It was trading with volumes of 2,598,513 shares.

Videocon Industries was quoting at Rs 170.00, down Rs 3.55, or 2.05%. It was trading with volumes of 34,337 shares.

However, Bharti Airtel touched an intraday high of Rs 366.90 and an intraday low of Rs 360.10. At 10:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 364.20, up Rs 3.10, or 0.86%. It was trading with volumes of 165,209 shares.
