The Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts, Boston, made it to the headline, mostly because of the viral 'kiss cam moment' of Astronomer CEO. Now, another clip from the concert is capturing the internet's attention.
The video features an engaged couple from Mumbai, who ended up sharing a magical moment on stage with Martin, singing 'Magic' together.
A new video shows Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin inviting a couple onto the stage after spotting their placard in the crowd. The poster read, “Just engaged, can we sing Magic together?" Amused by it, Chris Martin called it “one of the best signs I’ve seen in the world."
But the heartwarming moment immediately turned into an awkward one when Chris Martin mistakenly said, “Welcome to Canada!"- despite being in the United States. The crowd laughed and the singer quickly apologised to the couple for the mix-up.
Then, in a playful moment, Martin asked, “Are you engaged to each other?” When they confirmed, he responded with a cheeky, “That’s better, we don’t need any surprises,” referring to the earlier viral moment involving the Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his company's HR head Kristin Cabot.

The two were seen cuddling and cozying up before visibly trying to avoid being filmed as the stadium's kiss cam panned on them. With a slightly awkward laugh, Chris Martin remarked, “Oh, look at these two! Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy,” prompting laughter from the crowd.
Since then, the incident, being dubbed as the 'ColdplayGate' has sparked discussion on social media, especially since both Byron and Cabot are said to be married to other individuals.
