US President Donald Trump said that "immigration was killing" Europe and warned that it "needs to get its act together".
During his visit to Scotland, US President Donald Trump told reporters on the tarmac after disembarking from Air Force One that European countries need to tighten immigration controls.
"On immigration, you better get your act together. You're not going to have Europe anymore. You got to get your act together," he said.

During his visit to Scotland, US President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to European nations, urging them to clamp down on immigration. Speaking to reporters after disembarking from Air Force One, Trump declared, “On immigration, you better get your act together or you're not going to have Europe anymore ... You got to stop this horrible invasion that's happening."
He also praised unnamed European leaders for resisting immigration pressures but noted they aren't receiving due recognition. “I could name them right now, but I'm gonna embarrass other ones. This immigration is killing Europe,” he added.
Trump has consistently pushed a hardline immigration agenda since returning to the White House in January. He has pledged to carry out the largest migrant deportation effort in US history and has already deported thousands of “aliens.”
His policies, however, have triggered widespread protests across the United States, which hosts the largest immigrant population in the world.
