US President Donald Trump’s speech in the Knesset or Israeli parliament was briefly interrupted as security officials dragged people out of the parliament and snatched away banners.
The Knesset Speaker apologised to Trump. In response, the US President said "that was very efficient".

According to PTI, a Knesset member was expelled immediately from the hall after disrupting Trump’s address to the Israeli parliament.
Ayman Odeh and Ofer Cassif, the two Israeli lawmakers who displayed a signboard reading “genocide” to the US President during his speech at the Knesset, were ejected almost immediately from Israel's parliament.
On his X account, Odeh posted. “The amount of hypocrisy in the plenum is unbearable. To crown Netanyahu through flattery the likes of which has never been seen, through an orchestrated group, does not absolve him and his government of the crimes against humanity committed in Gaza, nor of the responsibility for the blood of hundreds of thousands of Palestinian victims and thousands of Israeli victims. But only because of the ceasefire and the overall deal am I here. Only ending the occupation, and only recognising the State of Palestine alongside Israel, will bring justice, peace, and security to all," he said.
Trump told the Israeli parliament on Monday that the ceasefire he helped negotiate in the Gaza war had marked the "historic dawn of a new Middle East."
The US presiden expressed his appreciation for Arab nations and the Muslim leaders “that came together to press Hamas, to set the hostages free”.
“We had a lot of help … a lot of people that you wouldn’t suspect, and I want to thank them very much for that,” he added. “It’s an incredible triumph for Israel and the world to have all of these nations working together as partners in peace.”
Trump also praised Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as he began his speech in the Israeli Parliament, Knesset, hours after Hamas freed 20 remaining hostages: "Thank you very much, Bibi. Great job".
