Shots were fired outside Serbia’s parliament in Belgrade on Wednesday, leaving one man injured and a tent belonging to supporters of President Aleksandar Vučić set ablaze.
Vučić condemned the incident, describing it as a “terrorist act.”
Local media reported that the injured individual, a 57-year-old man, was shot in the hip and is currently in stable condition. Footage shared by NOVA and confirmed by Reuters shows armed security officers rushing to the tent moments after the shots were fired.
