As a magnitude 7.7 earthquake shook Myanmar, nurses rushed to protect newborn babies at a maternity center in Ruili City, southwest China's Yunnan Province, where strong tremors were felt, according to a CGTN report.
In the clip, the medical professionals can be seen rushing to stop the cribs from rolling away as violent tremors were felt in various parts of China.

Social media users reacted to the video with one commenting, “So scary , but salute to the nurses." Another said, “Damn, that was scary. Glad they are ok." Many also praised the nurses and called them “heroes".
More than 1,600 people have been killed in Myanmar and thousands more injured in the temblor that was felt in neighbouring countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, China and India.
Most of the fatalities were reported in Mandalay, Myanmar’s second largest city, and the region closest to the earthquake’s epicentre.
The temblor destroyed buildings and downed houses across various regions of Myanmar while rescuers in Thailand capital’s Bangkok also fought through rubble to rescue workers trapped in an under-construction 30-storey building which had collapsed.
