Billionaire Elon Musk has announced USD 1 million prize for supporting his petition against activist judges in Wisconsin. Scott A. from Green Bay has received the prize.

A political action committee backed by billionaire Elon Musk is offering Wisconsin voters $100 in exchange for signing a petition against "activist judges."

The America PAC, is a pro-Trump political action committee that is established by Musk, said it would give $100 to Wisconsin voters who sign the "petition in opposition to activist judges."

The petition, shared by Musk on his social media platform X, encourages Wisconsin voters to sign by April 1, the day the state will elect a new judge to its Supreme Court. America PAC has thrown its support behind conservative candidate Brad Schimel for this key seat in the swing state’s highest court.

Earlier this year, Tesla, the electric vehicle company headed by Musk, filed a lawsuit against Wisconsin over laws that prevent it from opening direct dealerships in the state.

The case could eventually be brought before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where the results of the upcoming election will determine if the court remains under liberal control or shifts to a conservative majority.

America PAC has been in news for launching a series of controversial initiatives, that includes cash incentives for voters who refer others to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments to the US Constitution, which protect free speech and the right to bear arms.
