Tech billionaire Elon Musk on Saturday weighed in on a shocking sexual abuse case in the United Kingdom involving three-Pakistani origin Miah brothers. Reacting to the incident, Musk said, “I don’t even know what to say anymore.”

About the case:

Three brothers -- Shaha Amran Miah, 49, Shaha Alman Miah, 47, and Shaha Joman Miah, 38 -- were found guilty at Preston Crown Court in February 2025 of more than 60 crimes targeting girls between six and 15 years old.

The court sentenced Joman and Amran to life imprisonment with a minimum of 22 years each, and Alman to 10 years plus a four-year extended licence. The crimes, authorities said, started in 1996 and persisted over several years.

The court heard that the victims were groomed and given gifts, alcohol and cigarettes, and were threatened with physical violence if they told anyone what was happening to them, according to a report by BBC.

Judge Unsworth said the men were "very high risk" and had taken away the childhood of their victims.

"I am satisfied each of you acted in a predatory and paedophilic manner."

"You saw your victims as vehicles to be used and abused at will, you treated them with utter contempt", he said, according to the report.

Elon Musk shared a tweet that posted the details of the case, saying they cut off the toes of the two girls who tried to escape. The tweet also mentioned that they drugged and prostituted 30 underage school girls.

This isn't the first time Musk has reacted to such an issue. Earlier, he reacted to a bizarre 'revenge rape' case in Pakistan where a family agreed to drop rape charges against their daughter’s attacker in exchange for a retaliatory assault on the perpetrator’s sister.

In Toba Tek Singh district, a man was accused of raping a woman in Pir Mahal. Local news outlets reported that his family subsequently sought a settlement with the victim’s relatives, asking for “pardon and reconciliation.”

According to a report by Dawn, the victim’s family agreed to forgive the accused if her brother was permitted to assault the suspect’s sister in retaliation.

After a meeting between the families, an arrangement was made that led to the victim’s brother assaulting the accused rapist’s sister.
