Where luxury lives: A global look at the world’s 10 most expensive shopping streets in 2025.

Luxury travel isn’t just about ticking off destinations anymore—it’s about wandering the streets that capture a city’s spirit. And in 2025, those iconic boulevards are having a renaissance. As travellers return in full force and brands fight harder for attention, the world’s great shopping avenues are transforming into immersive, story-led retail experiences.

Published on November 19, the study analysed headline rents across 138 of the world’s best urban retail locations, ranking the most expensive high streets in every major market.
