Xiaomi's new compact power bank supports two-way charging, 20000mAh battery, and more

Xiaomi has launched a new power bank in India aimed at users who need fast, reliable charging on the go. Called the Xiaomi 20000mAh 22.5W Compact Power Bank, the device features a built-in USB-C cable and supports simultaneous charging of up to three devices.

Priced at Rs 1,799, the power bank will go on sale from July 10 at 12PM, across mi.com, Flipkart, and Xiaomi Retail outlets. It will be available in two colour options — Ivy Green and Dark Grey.

Despite its high capacity, the power bank weighs just 342g, making it relatively easy to carry around. It’s designed with travel, remote work, and multitasking in mind — capable of charging smartphones, tablets, earbuds, and wearables. With 22.5W fast charging and a 20000mAh battery, it offers multiple charge cycles in a compact form.

The built-in USB-C cable doubles as an input and output channel and neatly slots into the power bank body when not in use. There’s also a USB-A port and a separate USB-C port, allowing users to charge three devices simultaneously.

Xiaomi says the new power bank includes 12-layer advanced circuit protection, shielding users from overheating, overvoltage, short circuits, and electrostatic discharge. It also supports two-way fast charging, which means the power bank itself can recharge quickly.
