Vivo X300 series: Expected launch date, specifications
Earlier this week, the Vivo Product Manager, Han Boxiaoa, revealed some key details of the Vivo X300 Pro. Now, in a post on Weibo, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed that the first handset to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset is tentatively scheduled to launch in China on October 13. The comments on the post suggest that it could be Vivo X200 Pro. In another post, the tipster also shared that the Vivo X300 model will feature a 50MP Sony LYT602 periscope telephoto camera.
Previous reports have also claimed that the standard Vivo X300 will succeed the Vivo X200 Pro Mini this year, and will launch alongside the Vivo X300 Pro. Further, the rear camera setup of the Vivo X300 will likely feature a 200MP Samsung HPB main camera accompanied by a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. On the other hand, the X300 Pro is tipped to have a 200MP main camera and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera. Both devices are also expected to feature a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera, and these phones will come with Zeiss tuning.
Coming to its performance, the Vivo Product Manager also confirmed that the X300 Pro scored 40,11,932 points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform. The device will also feature a dual-channel UFS 4.1 four-lane onboard storage. The X300 series may pack a battery capacity of more than 6,000 mAh, and both phones are expected to support 90W wired charging.
