The Vivo X300 series is set to make its global debut today, October 30, 2025. Just ahead of its global release, a tipster has confirmed several key details of both smartphones in the lineup. Both Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are expected to have four colour variants and up to 16GB of RAM. Moreover, these handsets are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
Vivo X300 series: Expected specifications, variants
According to tipster Paras Guglani via social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Vivo X300 Pro will be introduced in four colourways: Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Dune Brown. Meanwhile, the standard Vivo X300 model could come in Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black colour options. However, the Indian colour options may vary.
In terms of storage options, the global variants of the Vivo X300 series will offer up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The standard X300 5G model is expected to feature a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus LTPO AMOLED display, whereas the X300 Pro may have a bigger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display. Both models are expected to be powered by the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
For optics, the Vivo X300 has a 200MP HPB main sensor with OIS, a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide, and a 50MP LYT-602 telephoto with 3X optical zoom. In contrast, the Vivo X300 Pro has a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens offering 3.5X optical zoom, and a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide camera. Both phones come with a 50MP selfie camera.
