Samsung launches Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26 smartphones in India: Price, features and more

Introduction Samsung has launched the Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G smartphones in India. The new Galaxy A series devices feature a 50MP main camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and AI-powered features. Samsung has integrated "Awesome Intelligence" into the series, offering AI-driven creativity and security enhancements. The company has announced the pricing for the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36, while the price for the Galaxy A26 is yet to be disclosed.

Samsung offers no-cost EMI options starting at ₹3,649.70 per month for the Galaxy A36 and ₹4,645.10 per month for the Galaxy A56.

Apart from this, Samsung is also offering a free storage upgrade on the purchase of Galaxy A56 5G where users can get the 8GB + 256GB variant for the price of 128GB variant and 12GB + 256GB at the price of 8GB + 256GB.

Availability

The Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G will be available in four color options: Awesome Graphite, Awesome Olive, Awesome Pink, and Awesome Light Gray. Availability details for the Indian market are expected to be revealed soon.

Features

Display: The Galaxy A56 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy A36 and A26 have a similar setup.

Camera: All three devices come with a 50MP main camera, supported by ultra-wide and macro sensors. The A56 and A36 have a 12MP front camera, while the A26 has a 13MP front camera.

Performance: The smartphones offer up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, powered by Samsung's One UI 7 based on Android 15.

Battery: Each model is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery.

Security: The series includes Samsung Knox security and an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.
