Samsung might be gearing up to refresh its budget lineup again, as the company seems to have the Galaxy A07 waiting in the wings. The Galaxy A07 has popped up in the Google Play Console listing, giving us an early peek at what’s likely on the way. While nothing’s official just yet, the listing does spill some key details, including a glimpse of the design and a handful of core specs.
Samsung Galaxy A07: Expected design, specifications
Xpertpick has spotted the Samsung Galaxy A07 on the Google Play Console, revealing the design of the handset. The listing reveals that the phone will have a dual rear camera setup, which is housed in a pill-shaped layout, similar to this year’s Galaxy A and Galaxy M series smartphones. There's an LED flash on the right side of the camera island, and the Samsung logo is seen near the bottom of the rear panel.
On the front, the Samsung Galaxy A07 appears to be equipped with thick bezels, especially at the bottom edge. Further, it appears to have a water drop-style display notch that seems to house the selfie camera. The listing also confirms that the Galaxy A07 will have an HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1,600 pixels.
Further, it will be powered by an MT6789/DC, which is the codename for MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, alongside 6GB of RAM. The listing also reveals that the handset runs on Android 15, likely with One UI 7 skin. That’s a bit surprising considering Samsung’s latest foldables, the Z Fold 7 and Flip 7, are running Android 16 out of the box. All of these appearances on a public developer platform mean that the handset’s launch is not far away.
