Samsung India has expanded its Samsung Care+ program to include extended warranty plans for home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and smart TVs. The updated plans offer consumers coverage for up to four years, starting at just Rs 2 per day, enhancing post-purchase support and long-term protection.

With this expansion, Samsung Care+ becomes one of the most comprehensive appliance protection programs in the industry. It now offers industry-first coverage for software updates and screen malfunctions that occur without physical damage. This means consumers are protected not just against mechanical or hardware failures, but also against issues that impact software performance or display quality.

Samsung says this broader coverage will ensure complete peace of mind and a seamless ownership experience for home appliance users across the country.

Samsung Care+ operates on the pillars of Expertise, Reach, Reliability, Speed, Smart Service, Protection, and Sustainability. Customers can access support from over 13,000 Samsung-certified engineers across 2,500+ service centres in India.

The program guarantees the use of 100% genuine Samsung parts, multilingual support in nine languages, and service tracking through the Samsung app, which also sends reminders for scheduled maintenance.

Availability and pricing

Samsung Care+ extended warranty plans for home appliances are available across Samsung’s online and offline channels in India. Customers can choose from 1-year to 4-year protection plans, depending on their product and requirements. Pricing starts at Rs 2 per day, making it an affordable option for users seeking long-term assurance for their Samsung appliances.
