Reliance Jio has begun the phased rollout of its much-anticipated offer that gives eligible users free access to Google’s Gemini Pro plan — a premium AI suite valued at around Rs 35,100. The offer, first announced in late October, is now appearing in the MyJio app for select customers across India.

The offer details
Under this partnership between Jio and Google, users on Jio’s Unlimited 5G plans are entitled to 18 months of complimentary access to the Google Gemini Pro plan. The plan includes high-tier AI tools such as Gemini 2.5 Pro, Nano Banana, Veo 3.1, and 2 TB of cloud storage via Google One.
The initiative aims to make AI services more accessible in India, integrating Google’s AI capabilities with Jio’s large user base and 5G infrastructure.
Availability and eligibility
Currently, the rollout is being done in phases, with early access going to users aged 18–25 years who are on Jio Unlimited 5G plans priced at ₹349 or higher. Some users have already received confirmation in the MyJio app, with a banner reading “Pro plan of Google Gemini already active on your number.”
Once activated, users can verify their subscription through the Google One app, which displays a message saying the storage plan is managed by Jio.
How to claim the offer
1. Open the MyJio app.
2. Look for the Google Gemini offer banner on the home screen.
3. Tap Know more or Claim now.
4. Sign in with your Gmail ID when prompted.
5. Once activated, you’ll receive confirmation via Jio’s web page and access Gemini Pro features instantly.
Things to note
• The offer is tied to your active Jio Unlimited 5G plan — downgrading or porting may end the benefit.
• Rollout is gradual, so some users may see it later.
• The Gemini Pro access includes cloud, AI, and workspace features bundled together.
