The Pokémon Company is going live with its latest Pokémon Presents showcase today, July 22, at 6 am PDT / 6:30 pm IST on the official Pokémon YouTube channel. The 24-minute broadcast—five minutes longer than February’s presentation—is expected to deliver key updates across several Pokémon titles, including the highly anticipated Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Set in the Paris-inspired Lumiose City, Pokémon Legends: Z-A is slated for release on October 16 for both the Nintendo Switch and the recently launched Switch 2. Today’s showcase will likely dive deeper into gameplay mechanics and world-building for the upcoming ninth-generation mainline game.
Also in the spotlight could be Pokémon Champions, a battle-focused title first teased in February. Developed for the Switch, iOS, and Android, the game has yet to receive a release date—something fans hope will change today.
Additional updates may cover Pokémon GO, Pokémon Unite, and Pokémon TCG Pocket, although no major announcements have been confirmed. Speculation is also swirling around a possible tease of the 10th generation of Pokémon games—potentially as a Switch 2 exclusive. While a full reveal remains unlikely, the franchise’s 30th anniversary in 2026 provides a tantalising milestone for a next-gen announcement.
