London-based tech company Nothing is offering a major price cut on its new flagship Phone (3) exclusively for existing customers. Owners of the Phone (1) or Phone (2) can now upgrade at nearly half the listed price.
Nothing Phone (3): 'New' price
The Phone (3) will retail in India at Rs 34,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant and Rs 44,999 for the 16GB+512GB model — an effective discount of Rs 45,000 on each configuration.
How to get the deal
To claim the offer, users must enter the IMEI number of their current Nothing device on the company’s official site or on Flipkart to generate a discount code.
The move comes just a week after Nothing confirmed that its debut Phone (1) has reached the end of its software update cycle. The company had pledged three years of OS updates and has now delivered on that promise, with security updates scheduled to continue until 2026. Phone (1) owners will miss out on Nothing OS 4.0 and Android 16, but the fresh upgrade path to Phone (3) provides an incentive for early adopters to stay within the ecosystem.
Nothing, founded in 2020 by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, has built a following by blending minimalist design with community-driven marketing. Rewarding its first wave of customers with aggressive discounts underlines the company’s strategy to hold on to its most loyal users while competing against aggressively priced flagships in India.
With the offer in place, the Phone (3) becomes one of the most competitively priced premium smartphones in the country — at least for existing Nothing users.
