Madhav Sheth’s Ai+ announces Laptab tablets, launch set for 2026

Ai+, the new smartphone brand led by industry veteran Madhav Sheth, is gearing up to enter the tablet space. The company has announced that it will launch its first tablet lineup—called the Ai+ Laptab—in the first quarter of 2026. This move marks a major expansion for the young brand as it works toward building a complete digital ecosystem.

The Ai+ Laptab will come in three sizes: 11-inch, 12-inch and 13-inch, giving users plenty of choice depending on whether they want something compact or more laptop-like. All three versions will support a keyboard and stylus, making them suitable for work, study, or entertainment. Ai+ is clearly positioning the Laptab as a device that can switch comfortably between productivity and play.

The company has also confirmed that the tablets will be sold online through Flipkart, along with Ai+'s growing network of retail partners across the country. So buyers will have both online and offline options when the Laptab finally hits the market.

On the software front, the Ai+ Laptab will run on the brand’s own operating system called NxtQ OS. One of its standout features is a dedicated PC Mode, which is designed to help users handle productivity tasks more easily by making the interface feel more like a laptop. But what Ai+ is pushing even more strongly is its privacy-first approach. The company says NxtQ OS will not include any bloatware or hidden tracking tools, giving users full control over their data—something many Android users often complain about.

Madhav Sheth, who is known for his work in shaping multiple smartphone brands in India, said the Laptab is part of Ai+’s larger vision. “We are excited to introduce the Ai+ Laptab as part of our vision to provide users with an integrated digital experience across all our devices,” he said.

The Laptab is also meant to be a key piece of Ai+’s broader ecosystem, which already includes smartphones, wearables, TWS earbuds and computing products. The company says users can expect smooth continuity between its devices, with easy switching and better integration across the lineup.
