iQoo has officially confirmed that its upcoming flagship, the iQoo 15, will launch in India with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The announcement was made by iQoo India CEO Nipun Marya through a social media post, confirming the brand’s next major release.
Launch timeline
While the exact launch date in India has not been revealed, the iQoo 15 is expected to debut globally in October 2025 and arrive in India shortly after. The device will serve as the brand’s next flagship, bringing both design and performance upgrades.
Expected design and features
Reports suggest the iQoo 15 could feature a marble-like texture finish and a new Lingyun colour variant. It may also sport a metallic marble frame with flat edges and an RGB light strip, a design element that hints at its gaming focus. On the front, the phone is tipped to include a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, along with AR anti-glare coating for improved outdoor visibility.
Powering the device will be the confirmed Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The iQoo 15 is also expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
Camera and software
On the imaging front, the phone could carry a triple 50MP camera setup, including a periscope telephoto sensor. The handset is likely to run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, while also offering enhancements such as a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, an upgraded x-axis motor, and satellite connectivity.
Price in India
The iQoo 15 is speculated to launch in India at a starting price of around Rs 59,999, though the company has yet to announce official pricing details.
