Intel has announced the launch of its latest family of x86 processors -- the Intel Core Ultra 200V series. The new processors from the company are designed to provide improved AI performance, power efficiency, and compatibility for a wide range of consumer laptops.
The new processors are set to power a wide range of laptops from Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, LG, MSI, and Samsung. Pre-orders for these devices begin today, with availability starting September 24 at over 30 global retailers.Intel Core Ultra 200V Series processors: Key features
The Intel Core Ultra 200V series processors introduce several advancements in computing technology. These include efficient power management, redesigned Performance-cores (P-cores) for optimised performance per watt, and advanced efficient cores (E-cores) capable of handling more workloads. Additionally, the processors feature Intel’s new Xe2 graphics microarchitecture, which brings improved graphics performance and supports up to three 4K monitors. Most laptops featuring the new Intel Core Ultra 200V series processors will also qualify as Intel Evo Edition devices.
