At Computex 2025, Intel unveiled new AI-focused GPUs and accelerators designed for professionals, developers, and AI workloads. The announcements mark a significant expansion of Intel’s GPU offerings with new Arc Pro B60 and B50 models, as well as broader availability of Gaudi 3 AI accelerators and a new AI Assistant Builder tool.
Intel Arc Pro B60 and B50 GPUs
Intel introduced the Arc Pro B60 and Arc Pro B50 GPUs, the latest additions to its Arc Pro B-Series lineup. These GPUs are built on the Xe2 architecture and include Intel Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) AI cores and ray tracing units. The B60 comes with 24GB of memory while the B50 features 16GB. Both support multi-GPU scalability and are designed for AI inference and workstation-class tasks across sectors like architecture, engineering, and construction.
The GPUs are compatible with both consumer and professional drivers on Windows and offer containerized support on Linux. Intel also announced a reference workstation-class platform called Project Battlematrix, powered by Intel Xeon processors and capable of supporting up to eight Arc Pro B60 GPUs—offering up to 192GB of VRAM and enabling medium-sized AI models with 150 billion parameters.
Gaudi 3 AI Accelerators and Developer Tools
Intel also announced that its Gaudi 3 AI accelerators are now available in PCIe and rack-scale configurations. Designed to provide open and scalable options for AI inferencing, Gaudi 3 aims to offer flexibility for enterprise and cloud applications.
In parallel, Intel launched the AI Assistant Builder, now available on GitHub. This tool helps developers create local AI agents optimized for Intel hardware.
Availability
The Arc Pro B60 GPU will begin sampling through partners such as ASRock, Gunnir, Lanner, and others in June 2025. The Arc Pro B50 GPU will be available via Intel-authorized resellers starting July 2025.
