The CV Builder tool is available under the MY Bharat portal. Users need to log in to their account and then choose the CV Builder feature. The tool offers users multiple templates to choose from. Not only that, there are options to add photos, an additional page, achievements and even an option to change fonts, add experience, education and more. All-in-all, the tool has everything that’s required to create a fully functional resume.

How to access it and steps to create a Resume

Steps 1: Open “mybharat.gov.in/” using any web browser
Step 2: Now, register using your email ID or phone number
Step 3: Once logged in, create your profile – enter basic details like name, Age, etc
Step 4: Click on the “CV Builder” option
Step 5: Start entering details: Basic Details – Resume title, Work profile, education profile, social media details.
Step 6: Then, choose the template from the right side of the page
Step 7: Customise it with the colours, font, size, etc.
Step 8: Verify details again
Step 9: Once everything is added and checked, click on the “PDF” icon on the page to download the resume.
Step 10: Use it as and when needed.

How to get MY Bharat profile link
Like LinkedIn, there’s also something called MY Bharat profile link. For that, you have to enter all the details in your MY Bharat profile. Once everything has been entered and the profile is ready, you’ll see a URL at the top right corner of the MY Bharat profile icon.
