Haier launches new four-door convertible AI-powered refrigerator: Key details

The Haier Lumiere refrigerator

Haier has launched its new Lumiere Series of 4-Door Convertible Side-by-Side (SBS) refrigerators in India. The Haier Lumiere series includes three refrigerator models: HRB-600MGU1 (Mirror Glass Finish), HRB-600KGU1 (Black Glass Finish) and HRB-600IS (Inox Steel Finish).

The Haier Lumiere range of refrigerators will be available starting at Rs 1,24,490 in India. The newly launched Haier Lumiere refrigerators can be purchased through the Haier website, leading e-commerce platforms and retail outlets nationwide.

The Haier Lumiere 4-Door refrigerator offers a total 520L capacity distributed across the fridge section (350L), convertible section (90L) and dedicated freezer zone (80L). Haier claims that users “can easily convert the Fridge Section into a Freezer, adding 170L of freezer space, or switch the Freezer into a Fridge, expanding storage to 440L—covering 85% of the total fridge area”.

The Haier Lumiere Range also introduces a digital display panel. As per Haier, the touch panel comes with intuitive, user-friendly controls that let users adjust the temperature, access settings and operate key functions.

Smart Sense AI and Wi-Fi Connectivity features
Haier’s Lumiere Range features technologies like Smart Sense AI and Wi-Fi connectivity. As per the company, Smart Sense AI utilises sensors and algorithms to track usage patterns, dynamically adjusting cooling to maintain optimal freshness while reducing energy consumption during low-usage periods. The Wi-Fi Connectivity feature enables users to remotely control temperature settings, monitor inventory by enabling smart food management and access key functions via their smartphone, says Haier.

Cheese, Beverage and Spices modes
My Zone is an exclusive feature of the Haier Lumiere Series, offering customisable storage for different food preservation needs. The My Zone feature allows users to store delicate items like cheese, beverages, and spices with optimised temperature settings to maintain their freshness and aroma. With a digital control panel, users can choose from three specialised modes: Cheese, Beverage and Spices. Once the mode is selected, the refrigerator automatically adjusts the temperature of My Zone to provide the best storage conditions.
