Google has confirmed that the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be launched in India. This is the first Pixel foldable phone that buyers in India will get their hands on. Last year, Google launched its first foldable phone but decided to give Indian market a miss. In a post on X, Google has confirmed that the Pixel Fold 9 Pro will be available in India. “Out with the old. In with the fold. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold, for the first time in India,” said Google on the social media platform.

Google is hosting an event on August 13 at its headquarters in Mountain View in California. Last month, Google sent out official invites for the event where it will “showcase the best of Google AI, Android software and the Pixel portfolio of devices.”
