If you were waiting for Google’s Pixel 10 phones to arrive in August like the previous models, you might be in for a surprise. It looks like the next generation of Pixel phones could land earlier than expected — possibly as soon as July.
Here’s why people are buzzing: Google has sent out special invites to its Pixel Superfans for an exclusive “Pixel Penthouse” event in London on June 27. According to the invite, attendees will get to try out “pre-release Pixel devices and features.” While Google hasn’t confirmed what these new devices are, many believe this is an early look at the upcoming Pixel 10 series.
The event is being described as this year’s “exclusive pre-launch event,” which strongly hints that the Pixel 10 could be revealed sooner than usual. Last year, Google launched the Pixel 9 series in August — but this year, all signs are pointing to a July release.
Adding to the clues, Google has also announced that Android 16 — the next big version of its mobile operating system — will be released before the end of June. This lines up perfectly with a July launch for the Pixel 10, which would likely come running the new software out of the box.
So, if you’ve been eyeing a Pixel upgrade, you might not have to wait long. All eyes are now on Google and the June 27 event to see what’s next in the Pixel lineup.
