Doom: The Dark Ages is the next title in Bethesda’s classic first-person action franchise Doom. The upcoming Doom title is a prequel set in the Middle Ages and tells the origin story of the Doomslayer. Doom: The Dark Ages comes in three game editions: Standard, Premium and The Collector’s Bundle The Standard Edition of Doom: The Dark Ages contains just the base game, whereas the Premium Edition includes the base game, the Campaign DLC that’s set to launch in future, the Maykr-inspired Divinity Skin Pack with three skins (Divinity Slayer, Divinity Dragon, and Divinity Atlan), a digital artbook and the game soundtrack.
Doom: The Dark Ages- The Collector’s Bundle
Besides the Standard and Premium Edition, Doom The Dark Ages has a collector’s bundle too, which includes everything in the Premium Edition, and “a 12-inch DOOM Slayer statue with Shield Saw and detachable Super Shotgun, flail and faux fur cape, and a replica Red Key Card placed inside the SteelBook Case”.
Doom: The Dark Ages- Pre-order benefits and early access
Pre-ordering any game edition gets you the Void DOOM Slayer Skin at launch. However, buying the Premium Edition gives you the chance to jump into the game earlier than others with early access. Players can pre-order the Premium Edition of Doom: The Dark Ages to get up to two days of early access to the medieval demon slaying game.
Doom: The Dark Ages comes to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam Battle.net and Windows Store) and on Day One with Xbox Game Pass on May 15.
