After launching on PC, the free-to-play tactical first-person shooter Delta Force is coming to the mobile platform next month. Delta Force Mobile will launch on Android and iOS on April 21, 2025, Team Jade and TiMi Studios Group announced on the game website.
“The wait is over. We are beyond excited to announce that Delta Force Mobile is going global on April 21 for Android and iOS, bringing all mobile players an epic AAA shooting experience like never before!”, the developers announced in a post.
Delta Force Mobile is confirmed to launch with two game modes: Operations Mode and 24v24 Warfare Mode. The Operations Mode is extraction-focused while the Warfare Mode is designed on a much bigger scale with 48 players fighting on land, air and sea in 24-a-side matches. The PC version of the game launched with three game modes--Hazard Operations, Havoc Warfare and Black Hawk Down-- and now has four: Operations, Warfare, Black Hawk Down and Hot Zone. The developers recently made the Black Hawk Down co-op campaign available for free on February 21.
Pre-registrations for Delta Force Mobile are open on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Those who pre-register will unlock exclusive pre-launch perks.
The developers at Team Jade are also working on the Xbox and PlayStation console versions of Delta Force. According to the devs, the console version is “in full development” and they are “fine-tuning performance”, with “exciting details” coming soon.
Delta Force (2025) rebooted the well-known Delta Force video game franchise of tactical shooters, the most recent game of which was 2009's Delta Force Xtreme. While the reboot title was under development, publisher TiMi Studios considered naming it ‘Delta Force Hawk Ops’, but changed it to just ‘Delta Force’ a few days before launch.
