Popular smartphone accessories maker Boat has launched its most affordable smart ring, the Boat Smart Ring Active, in India. It follows the Boat Ring, which was launched last year. This new budget smart ring from Boat sports a stainless-steel design and can keep track of sleep, stress, heart rate, and SpO2 levels.

The Boat Smart Ring Active is priced at Rs. 2,999 and will be available from July 20, 2024, in sizes 7 to 12. It is available in Midnight Black, Radiant Silver, and Gold colour options. The smart ring can be purchased from Amazon.in, Flipkart, and the Boat website.
Boat Smart Ring Active: Specs, features
The Boat Smart Ring Active offers multiple health monitoring features and can easily track more than 20 sports and activities. It also has dedicated sensors for heart rate, SpO2, stress levels, and sleep tracking, similar to last year’s Boat Smart Ring. The smart ring boasts a skin-friendly stainless-steel design and the company claims that the wearable is light in weight with six different size options.
The Boat Smart Ring Active includes a magnetic charging case, which doubles up as a storage box. It also includes a 5ATM rating, which makes it suitable for swimming up to 50 meters in depth or under a shower. The Boat Smart Ring Active offers Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity and allows users to take photos with a smart touch control.
A standout feature of the wearable is its AR view feature, where by scanning the QR code, users can view their heart rate, sleep, and health tracker in augmented reality. Boat claims that the smart ring features up to 5 days of battery life extending up to 30 days with the case when Auto monitoring is enabled.
