Taiwanese computer and hardware manufacturer Asus has revealed plans for a virtual launch event for its Republic of Gamers (ROG) series during the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 with a virtual event titled ‘Unlock the ROG Lab: For Those Who Dare.’ It is scheduled for January 6 and will be livestreamed on YouTube.

The 2025 updates for the Asus ROG series include new Strix and Zephyrus gaming laptops, which are expected to be the main highlights of this event. Additionally, three new graphic cards with Asus’s ROG branding, including Nvidia’s RTX 5080 and AMD’s RX 9070 XT and RX 9070, could also be unveiled at the event.
Asus has also teased new AM5 motherboards, with the ROG and TUF branding featured on its social media handles. Moreover, ROG NUC mini-PCs, which offer gamers a new level of performance in a compact form factor, are also expected to be announced during the event. These products showcase ASUS ROG’s diverse portfolio, designed to meet the needs of casual gamers, esports professionals, and tech enthusiasts.
