Apple stops selling three iPhone models in India: All the details

Following the arrival of the the new iPhone 16e, Apple has decided to take three older iPhone models off the shelves.

Apple launched the new iPhone 16e and following its arrival, three older models have been taken off the shelves. These include the iPhone SE (3rd generation), iPhone 14, and iPhone 14 Plus. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus were launched in September 2022 whereas the iPhone SE was also launched in the same in the year.

The iPhone SE, previously Apple's most affordable option at Rs 44,900, has been completely discontinued without a direct budget-friendly replacement. Now, the most affordable iPhone in Apples’s lineup is the iPhone 16e. The iPhone 16e, priced at Rs 59,900, offers significant upgrades over its predecessors, including the new A18 chip, a 48MP Fusion camera, and supports Apple Intelligence.

The company's current iPhone portfolio now consists of the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the new iPhone 16e.

The new iPhone 16e will be available for preorder starting February 21, with devices shipping on February 28. iPhone 16e will be available in white and black in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage capacities.
