Apple is reportedly working on a new event invite feature called Confetti, which will allow iCloud users to easily invite people to meetings, parties, and other events. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple could launch Confetti as early as this week.
While there aren’t many details yet, the feature is expected to be linked to iCloud. It could also be part of a bigger update to Apple’s Calendar app, making event planning smoother for users. Right now, Apple’s Calendar app lets users create events and send invites, but Confetti might introduce new ways to manage invitations and RSVPs.
The feature is expected to roll out with iOS 18.3, the latest iPhone update that began rolling out on Monday. This update also brings Apple Intelligence, Apple’s new AI-powered system designed to improve various tasks across its devices. If Confetti is part of iOS 18.3, it could mean Apple is looking to make event planning more intuitive and seamless within its ecosystem.
Apple hasn’t officially confirmed the feature yet, but Gurman has a strong track record when it comes to Apple leaks. If his report is accurate, we might see Confetti very soon. It could be a small but useful addition for iCloud users who frequently schedule events.
