Apple’s Invites app is a new way to create and manage event invitations directly from an iPhone or the iCloud website. It allows users to send customised event invites, track RSVPs, and integrate with Apple services like Apple Music and Photos. Here’s how to download and start using Apple Invites.

The Apple Invites app is available for free on the App Store. Follow these steps to download it:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

2. Search for Apple Invites in the search bar.

3. Tap on the app and select Download.

4. Once installed, open the app and sign in with your Apple ID.

The app requires iOS 18 or later. If your device does not support this version, you will need to use the iCloud website to access Apple Invites.

To create an event invitation, follow these steps:

1. Open the Apple Invites app.

2. Tap on Create an Event or the ”+” icon.

3. Add a background by selecting a preset design, an image from your gallery, or using Apple’s Image Playground AI tool.

4. Enter an event title, selecting from four font options.

5. Tap on Date and Time to set the event schedule.

6. Select the Location, which can be a saved address or a custom name.

7. (Optional) Tap on Add Description to include additional event details.

8. Tap on Create Album to enable guests to upload event photos.

9. Tap on Add Playlist to create a shared Apple Music playlist.

10. Tap on Preview to check the invitation before sending it.

Once the event is created, invite guests using these options:

• Public Link: Share a link via Messages, Mail, or any app.

• One-Time Link: Send a unique invitation link to specific contacts.

Guests do not need an Apple device or account to RSVP.

To edit event details, open the invitation and modify the necessary sections. If you need to cancel the event:

1. Tap on the event.

2. Open the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

3. Select Event Settings > Delete Event > Confirm.
