Amazon Pharmacy ensures medicine availability across regions, including remote areas such as Port Blair and Havelock in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Leh in Ladakh, Kanyakumari, and Roing in Arunachal Pradesh. Orders are fulfilled based on availability and regulatory requirements.
Safety and consultation services
Amazon Pharmacy follows secure packaging and hygienic delivery processes. If a customer does not have a prescription or the prescription contains errors, a free consultation service is available through a third-party telemedicine partner. With customer consent, a registered medical practitioner will assess the case and issue a prescription if deemed appropriate.
Discounts and Prime benefits
Customers can avail of cashback offers while shopping on Amazon Pharmacy. Prime customers using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cards receive 5% savings. Additional cashback offers vary based on cart value. Prime members get free delivery on orders above ₹149, while non-Prime members receive free delivery on orders above ₹299. Orders below these thresholds have a ₹60 delivery charge.
