Amazon is making shopping even easier for its Prime members with a new feature called “Add to Delivery.” Have you ever placed an order and then remembered something else you needed like snacks, pet supplies, or that last-minute birthday card? With this new tool, you can now add those items to your upcoming delivery with just a single tap.
Here’s how it works: eligible items will display a blue “Add to Delivery” button on their product pages when you’re using the Amazon app or shopping on mobile. Tap it, and the item is automatically added to your next order. Changed your mind? No problem—an “Undo” option lets you remove the item instantly.
The feature is designed to save time and make shopping more convenient. Instead of going through checkout again or paying extra shipping fees, you can simply add whatever you forgot directly to the delivery that’s already on its way. Amazon says this approach reflects how people actually shop one need at a time, as it pops up.
Right now, Add to Delivery is available exclusively to U.S. Prime members. If you’re a member, you’ll see the blue button appear on eligible items in the app or on mobile. Non-members can join Prime for $14.99 per month or $139 per year, which also includes benefits like fast, free delivery, Prime Video, and exclusive discounts. Eligible new members can even try it free for 30 days.
This feature is set to make last-minute additions to orders seamless and stress-free—perfect for busy shoppers or anyone who often remembers something at the last minute.
