The ultra-modern Ecocompatta from Italian modular kitchen major, Veneta Cucine (brought to India by CC India) is not only a boon to people living in matchbox-sized homes or studio apartments or residential hotel suites; but is also fit for those who believe in style and the Zen way of life. Designed by architect Paolo Rizzatto, the kitchen is a perfect blend of space utility and functionality and has the concept of less is more at the heart of its style and design. When needed, Ecocompatta reveals itself with only a simple move on your part. A spacious cupboard is uncovered which brings to fore a perfectly lit work station, washbasin, dish racks, storage units, pantry and all your appliances from cook top to hood to refrigerator to oven and dishwasher. And once you are done with your cooking, the Ecocompatta can shut itself and slide into a quite corner. The principle of sustainability is expressed through the use of antibacterial materials. The load-bearing frame of the kitchen, which consists of two elements with internal spaces for wires and cables, is made of antibacterial laminate, so are the drawers below the partitions and the shelves. The doors made of MDF are subjected to an engraving process that gives them an exclusive, distinguishing look. Ecocompatta comes with two basic hues; the classic black and white.
