Monsoon Updates Highlights: Delhi receives mild rainfall early this morning; IMD predicts heavy rainfall in several states

On June 21, the IMD said that heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places is very likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim while heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya.     Kolkata: Met predicts increased rainfall from today

    The Met office has predicted increased rainfall activity in the city from Wednesday. The likely formation of cyclonic circulation over North Bay of Bengal has raised the hope for intensified monsoon rain in next few days. The rain will also check the mercury from rising, said officials.
