Mother of Elon Musk's 13th kid recalls 'career suicide' scandal: 'I have the worst ideas'

“After a year of unplanned career suicide, many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot legally be explained, I’ve decided to start a podcast.”

That’s how conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair — who earlier this year claimed to have given birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child — introduced her new venture, Bad Advice, on X, the platform owned by the billionaire himself.

In the debut episode, St. Clair offered a chaotic mix of commentary — from mocking California’s homelessness crisis under governor Gavin Newsom to referencing an attack on a former DOGE staffer known as “Big Balls.”

“I actually think I have the worst ideas, so consider everything out of my mouth a cautionary tale,” she said.

From DMs to diapers

St. Clair, 26, told The New York Post that her relationship with Musk began in May 2023 after he slid into her DMs with a meme. At the time, she was working with a conservative satire site and met Musk at Twitter HQ for an interview. She was 24. He was 51.

“After the interview, I got a text from him saying, ‘Feel like going to Providence tonight?’” she recalled. “Musk was very funny. He was smart. He was very down-to-earth. It started with X interactions and he slid into my DM’s. I think it was a meme,” she told the publication, adding that at the time, she “didn’t particularly have much interest in Elon” other than his taking over of Twitter. Musk bought for $44 billion in 2022.

The romance, she said, blossomed from there — and eventually led to a pregnancy Musk allegedly wanted to keep secret “for everyone’s safety.”

“I was told to keep it secret. I was being asked to keep it a secret forever,” St. Clair claimed.  She said she was forced to spend her pregnancy alone even though Musk allegedly gave her a lavish apartment and a sturdy security detail, but no romance.

“I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. Every part of my career and everything I used to do I couldn’t do anymore. I was told not to tell anybody,” she said. St. Clair had to keep her condition a secret even from Musk's mother, Maye Musk, despite the women having spent time together, the New York Post reported.
