Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg hit the gym, five months after undergoing knee surgery and shared a video of his workout session on Instagram, saying that his recovery was going well and he was starting to get his strength back.
"5 months post-surgery. Recovery is going well and starting to get strength back. Really looking forward to easing back into training over the coming months. Appreciate all the love and support," Zuckerberg captioned the post with the video.
Zuckerberg's video saw a lot of user comments, who wished him a speedy recovery and good health.
“May the sun bless you with health , knowledge and wisdom to make the right decision with your physical health , mental health and spiritual health. so you can always make the right decisions,” one user wrote.
"Zuck got the Thoroughbred legs (pause) glad to see you progressing back! god is good!" another user wrote.
In November 2023, Zuckerberg had shared the news of his knee injury on social media and posted a photo of him on a hospital bed with his left leg strapped and in a leg brace.
Meta had revealed that Zuckerberg's preference for combat sports and extreme adventure sports was not just a personal hazard, but also a risk to investors.
Zuckerberg had agreed to take on Elon Musk in a cage match, but it was called off in August with the former saying that he would focus on competing with those who took sports more seriously.
