Despite his extensive experience and dedication,Bhatt revealed that her father has been facing financial instability in his current organisation, where he has not received his fixed salary for over a year. “Despite all these odds, he has been giving 200% to the company, even sacrificing Sundays and extra hours, all thanks to his empathetic nature,” she shared.
Acknowledging the need for financial and professional stability, she explained that her father, encouraged by his family, has decided to seek a new opportunity. She described him as a solution-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
