Tech billionaire Elon Musk recently opened up about how he looks forward to taking risks without being afraid of failure. In an interview with Fox News, the Tesla CEO also urged others to not be held back by the fear of failure.
“I think it's always good when thinking about something that you're afraid of, when thinking about fear, look fear straight in the eye, and it will disappear," Musk said. "The nature of fear is that people don't look at it. Look at it directly, and it will be gone.”

Musk made the comment after he and US President Donald Trump survived a massive blow as voters in Wisconsin elected a liberal judge to the state's Supreme Court, despite Musk pouring millions into the race to sway the polls.
The richest person in the world also had to endure a wave of gloating on his own social media platform, X, after Liberal judge Susan Crawford soundly defeated Trump-backed Brad Schimel with more than 95 percent of the vote tallied, according to US media. Musk had spent $25 million in supporting Schimel.
"Wisconsin stood up and said loudly that justice does not have a price," Crawford said in her victory speech after the most expensive judicial contest in US history.
Elon Musk to leave DOGE soon?
Earlier this week, Trump told reporters that Musk's time as the head of the department of government of efficiency (DOGE) was soon coming to an end. “He’s got a big company to run … at some point he’s going to be going back,” Politico quoted the US President as saying on Monday. “I’d keep him as long as I could keep him.”
Sources in the administration told the publication on Wednesday that Musk would indeed be stepping down from his lead role in weeks. As a special government employee, the Tesla CEO faces a strict 130-day cap on his service, which is likely to expire in late May if counted from the day of inauguration.
Musk, however, called the reporting “fake news” and White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the Politico story was “garbage”.
