The special CBI court adjourned the hearing of the case filed by Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy against Home Minister P Chidambaram till December 3. the case is in relation with the 2G spectrum allocation scam.

The court asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to hand over all corrrespondence between former telecom minister A Raja and Chidambaram on the share dilution issue to Swamy.

The Janata Party President has accused Chidambaram of masterminding the 2G spectrum allocation as the then finance minister in UPA 1, when the allocation took place.

Swamy had alleged that Chidambaram was equally guilty as Raja in the 2G spectrum allocation scam since all decisions were taken by the two together.

"Chidambaram and Raja decided everything together. So, if Raja is culpable, so is Chidambaram," he said.

He contended that to attract an offence under the Prevention of Corruption act one need not have to take money.
