Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple version launched in India with 10th Gen Intel Core i3 Processor

Acer recently announced a new budget laptop in India in the Aspire 5 lineup. The Aspire 5 arrived in a new Magic Purple colour with a chameleon effect; the unique colour changes hues when seen from different angles. The new notebook is powered by the 10th Gen Intel processor.

The Aspire 5 in Magic Purple is priced starting from Rs 37,999. The Aspire 5 will be available on the Acer E-store. Those who purchase the Aspire 5 during the Acer Day 2020 sale (Until August 10) will receive one year accidental damage protection, a two-year extended warranty, antivirus & data recovery software, and a Bluetooth Headphone/Speaker.

The Aspire 5 is powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i3 processor paired with 4GB of DDR4 RAM, which is expandable up to 12GB. The notebook also features 16GB of Intel Optane memory H10 with 512GB SSD storage. The Aspire 5 sports a 14-inch Full HD IPS panel with narrow bezels with Acer’s Color Intelligence and BlueLightShield.

The notebook features an ultrathin chassis that is 17.95mm thick and weighs 1.5 kg. The Aspire 5 maintains a strong, consistent Wi-Fi signal with 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 (aka 802.11ax) and MU-MIMO technology. Acer claims the Aspire 5 can deliver up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge.
