An update to the longstanding Apple Inc. vs Samsung Electronics patent lawsuit comes from the Hague court in Netherlands. Samsung Electronics, who had approached the Dutch court with a 3G patent bid against Apple, reportedly failed to get the sales of the Cupertino-based company's iPhone and iPad banned in Netherlands, thereby dealing a blow to Samsung's hopes in the country.
